Team Building Programs to Improve Team Effectiveness
The veterans at lapdog have developed a variety of team building programs for non-profit organizations and community groups aimed at improving team effectiveness with a cost-effective manner. Our menu of team building programs includes:Fingerprint: Just like fingerprints, each person and team has a unique identity that makes them valuable. Help your team explore their identity through intentional activities and facilitated discussions. Participants will be able to use the findings to benefit the team and to realize their role in the successful development of the team. Participants will experience team based initiatives and small group discussions to help uncover results for personal and team development. Fingerprint is lapdog’s signature program that is focused on the development of the individual and team. Simply select the area(s) that best describe your team’s needs from the list below. High Adventures: Allow us to provide a challenging, invigorating, and uplifting experience for your group by offering them a turn on the High Challenge Course, Climbing Tower, or Giant Swing. See your group harnessed up and overcoming perceived limits, and enjoy the fun together in open recreation. This experience is designed to be highly relational and fun, and can provide a sense of morale, individual accomplishment, and much more.
Timeframe: 2 hours to ½ Day
Ideal Group Size: 2 – 30 Participants Per Session
Location: Chateau Élan Development Center or Gainesville Development Center

Wild-Print: Let your participants experience our signature fingerprint program with a wild and exciting ending. Participants will experience our fingerprint program with your desired educational outcomes and then take a turn on our Zip Line or Giant Swing throughout the day.
Timeframe: 3 hours to Multi-day
Ideal Group Size: 8-12 Per Team; 100+ participants per session

High-Print: Throughout the day, participants will experience our fingerprint program with the additional component of our high challenge course. Just like our fingerprint program, you will be able to choose the educational outcomes that best fit your team which will be facilitated throughout the low and high challenge course initiatives. This experience is designed for those groups who want to experience the full spectrum of a challenge course. Many times, combining high and low challenge course components will enable the participant to buy into the day due to the increased sense of adventure that the high challenge course provides.
Timeframe: 4 hours to Multi-day

Adventure Trips
Caving: Get ready to explore the underground world through a very unique and exciting caving experience. We offer caving trips for adventurers of all levels from experienced cavers to novices who have never held a flashlight. These caving experiences are available with varied levels of physicality and can be tailored to individuals or groups. We offer complete caving guide services from a one-day to multi-day experience. In most cases, the type of caving experience depends on the needs, goals, and objectives of the individual or group. Let us design a trip for you and your group.Minimum participants: 8

Rock Climbing & Rappelling: Imagine the thrill of climbing a vertical rock wall or rappelling down into a beautiful gorge. That image can become a reality with lapdog, inc. We are a guide service for individuals or a variety of groups such as families, schools, and civic, church, or corporate groups. Our trips are tailored around the skill sets of the participants. We provide half-day trips to multi-day. Rock climbing and rappelling trips allow participants to set goals and push themselves beyond what they thought possible. In most cases, the type of rock climbing and rappelling experience depends on the needs, goals, and objectives of the individual or group.
