lapdog and Chubb Group celebrates a successful team building session at a Chubb Producer School at Chateau Elan.

lapdog presented a program focused on effective communication and the discovery of personal communication styles. The following is what was said about the session:

"Thanks so much for the activities last night at the Chateau! The class was talking about the blind shapes exercise over dinner, so I think it was really well received. I think it is the best thing we've done so far for getting the group acquainted with each other and giving them a common topic to discuss to break the ice and get the class to know each other. It's even creeping into their "common language" - one person was stumped for an answer this morning, and the rest of the class told him that he needed to "take off his blindfold". Great job - thanks so much!"
